I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I request at least 24 hours notice. All cancellations must be done online through GlossGenius. Cancellations through email or social media will not be valid. Clients who do not honour their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee as follows: 24 Hours Notice: Service(s) may be cancelled without charge Cancellation Under 24 Hours Notice: Service(s) subject to a charge of 25% of the booked services, up to the full amount of the services for repeat violations. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. Arrivals more than 15 mins late may be refused in order to not compromise the quality of service. If the appointment is modified to accommodate the remaining time, the full charge for what was booked will be charged. If an appointment is modified because you are no longer wanting part of a service, it must be done prior to the 24hr cancellation period or it will be considered a late cancellation and subject to late cancellation charges.
